Let's get started, online! For your convenience, all intake forms are available online, as well as booking for the consultation, evaluation, and future therapy sessions. If you would prefer to schedule by phone, please call us!

 

The virtual consultation allows you to get to know your therapist, and allows your therapist to better understand your child's needs to create an individualized evaluation session. Your therapist will ask questions about the nature of your concerns, and what outcomes you (and if applicable, your child) would like to see throughout the course of your child's therapy. Once we book the evaluation, the consultation fee will be credited to the cost of the evaluation.
